Visa Appointments

• If we are unable to schedule a visa appointment, the appointment fee will be fully refunded.
• Visa approval depends entirely on the respective embassy/consulate.
• Visa processing time varies according to embassy policies.
• Forged or misleading documents may result in rejection and legal action.

Consultation Charges

Consultation charges are non-refundable regardless of the visa decision and must be paid in advance.

Tickets

• All refund, cancellation, or rescheduling charges are borne by the client.
• Non-refundable tickets will be informed before issuance.

Insurance

BlueSky Travels arranges insurance on behalf of clients only.

Agreement & Payments

A written agreement is mandatory before case initiation. Once signed, payments cannot be withheld.
